Day wise Camp Program

Day 01     Reporting/Reporting at Haridwar/Rishikesh by evening.                                              D
Day 02     Proceed to Joshimath early morning. Overnight at Joshimath                                      BLD
Day 03     Transfer to Pulna and Trek to Ghangria (10km/6hrs) Overnight at Ghangria                BLD
Day 04     Trek to Valley of Flowers (10km/8hrs) Overnight to Ghangria                                      BLD
Day 05     Trek to Hemkund (12km/9hrs) Overnight at Ghangria                                                  BLD
Day 06     Trek to Govindghat and travel to Badrinath. Darshan and Evening at leisure              BLD
Day 07     Visit Mana Village. Travel to Joshimath/Auli for night stay                                            BLD
Day 08     Proceed to Rishikesh and overnight at Rishikesh/Haridwar                                         BLD
Day 09     Adjustment Day/Free Day. Campers can visit Rishikesh, Haridwar, Dehradun              B
                or Mussoorie on their own. Board train for Delhi in the night.

Camp Cost –   VoF1   Rs. 25500/- per person (Classic Package)
                        VoF2   Rs. 21500/- per person (Deluxe Package)
                        VoF3   Rs. 17500/- per person (Basic Package)

Booking Amount: Rs. 10000/- per person (Balance amount 7 Days prior to departure)

Cost  Includes:
  • Rishikesh to Rishikesh Journey by Ac/non Ac Private Vehicle as per the Package
  • Pure Vegetarian Food from Rishikesh to Rishikesh (B – Breakfast, L – Lunch, D – Dinner)
  • Accommodation on Twin/Triple Sharing Basis at all the Places as per the package selected
  • Auli visit Charges at Joshimath by road only.
  • Entry Fees and Guide Charges at the Valley of Flowers
  • Pony Charges for Luggage only (1 Bag per Person) (All Packages)
  • Hot Water Charges at Ghangria (1 Bucket per day) (All Package)
  • All Taxes and Service Charges

Cost Does not Include:
  • Any Train or Air Fares till Rishikesh and Back
  • Personal Expenses such as Mineral Water, Phone Calls, Laundry, Tips etc.
  • Any kind of Insurance, Medical and/or Emergency Charges
  • Anything not covered under the head ‘Cost Includes’.

• Additional expenses due to natural calamities like land slide, floods etc. or abnormal / unforeseen situations will be born by participants.

Cancellation Policy:
After Booking a Camp, Cancellation charges will be applicable with immediate effect for all  what so ever the reason whether  cover all situations such as injuries, sickness, exams, interviews, selection in tournaments etc.

1.       Minimum Cancellation charges are 10% of the Camp Cost
2.       up to 30 days prior departure - 25% of the Camp Cost will be deducted.
3.       Between 15 – 30 days – 50% of the Camp Cost will be deducted.
4.       Between 7 - 15 days -  75% of the Camp Cost will be deducted
5.       Less than 7 days – 100% of the Tour Cost will be Deducted (No Refund)
